Charles Edward "Chuck-a Buck" Ball

Charles Edward “Chuck-a-Buck” Ball, 49, of Pomfret, MD passed away March 4, 2011 at his residence. He was born June 29, 1961 in Cheverly, MD to Richard C. and Sarah J. (Jenkins) Ball. He was raised in Accokeek, MD and attended Accokeek Elementary and Burroughs Jr. High. He was employed as a building maintenance superintendent for Auth Road Associates, and had recently moved to Pomfret in Charles County, MD. In his leisure time Chuck enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing and his pet dogs. He had recently begun learning to play the banjo. He is survived by his mother Sarah Donaldson of North Beach, his father Richard Ball of Arlington, VA, his step-father Charles Donaldson of Bryans Road, siblings and their spouses Richard Ball of North Beach, David Ball and Cheryl of Chesapeake Beach, Mike Donaldson and Karen of Bryans Road, Michelle Donaldson and Tim Lane of Florida, Tootie Donaldson and Jill of Lusby and Wendy Kurtz and Steve of Front Royal, VA; nieces and nephews Shantell Turner, Victoria Harms, Justin Ball, April Payne, Michael Donaldson, Shyanne Ryan, Cruz Ryan, Lisa Gray, Kyle Donaldson, Maddy Kurtz and Lexi Kurtz; and great-nieces and nephews Tyler, Samantha, Dillon, Alexis, Joshua, Sophie, Hailey and Hayden. A celebration of life service for Chuck will be held in North Beach, MD at a later date.
