Stacy B. Holba, 77, of St. Leonard, MD. passed away on August 11, 2011 at her home. Stacy was born on November 19, 1933 in St. George, Grenada. She raised many children, and grandchildren, not only her own but other peoples as well for she loved all children and was known by many names, Mom, Nana, Miss Stacy, and Aunt Stacy. She loved to cook, sew, garden and do anything to do with arts and crafts. Stacy had 157 rose plants in her yard. She also loved her toy poodle “Heidi”. Stacy was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Prince Frederick, MD.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel James Holba of St. Leonard, MD, mother of, Rex E. Atwood, Jr. of Nashua, NH, John O. Atwood of Rockvale TN, Diane J. McCallister of Hernando Beach, FL, Terry Wilkinson of Apex NC, Elaine A, Kelley of Shapleigh ME, Staci R. Anderson of St. Leonard, MD, and Debbie Medina of Fullerton, NB. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a brother, Glynn Winsborrow of Arima Trinidad, West Indies.
The family will receive friends on Sunday August 14, 2011, from 2-5 PM, at the Rausch Funeral Home, PA, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD where services will be held on Monday August 15, 2011, 11 AM.
