Robert Dale Elliott, “Bobby”, 56, of Broomes Island, MD passed away on December 10, 2011 in Prince Frederick, MD. He was born on December 25, 1954 in Prince Frederick, MD to Edward and Annie Marie Parks Elliott. Bobby worked as an auto mechanic and one of his hobbies was watching racing, He loved motorcycle, the Orioles, crabbing and fishing. When he was younger, he liked to take out his grandmother, Sadie Elliott’s, big commercial fishing boat “The Chesapeake”. He is predeceased by his father, Edward L. Elliott, sister Brenda Durnbaugh and brother Anthony Elliott.
He is survived by his son, Robert Dale Elliott, Jr. of St. Leonard, MD, mother, Annie Marie Elliott of Broomes Island MD., brothers Edward Elliott of Washington State, Dwight Elliott of Lusby, MD, Richard Elliott and Steve Elliott both of Broomes Island Md.
The family will receive friends on Friday December 16, 2011 from 9-11 AM at Broomes Island Wesleyan Church where services will be held at 11A.M. Interment is private. Memorial contributions may be made to Broomes Island Wesleyan Church, 8520 Church Road, Broomes Island, MD 20615
